Can we use MotoBuddy with volunteers?
Yes. MotoBuddy is designed for clubs that run events and weekly training with volunteer teams.
Can we validate tickets and memberships on-site?
Yes. Clubs can validate ticket and membership together, or membership-only when no ticket is required.
How does pricing work?
Base platform use is free. MotoBuddy charges platform fees only on paid sales: €0.30 to €1.50 per paid event ticket depending on ticket price, and €2.50 per paid membership order.
Do we need our own Mollie account for paid sales?
Yes. Clubs connect their own Mollie account so ticket and membership payouts go directly to the club while MotoBuddy handles the platform fee automatically.
Can we run free weekly training sessions without ticket costs?
Yes. Free training registrations can run without order fees. Costs only apply when a paid ticket is sold or when memberships are managed in MotoBuddy.
Can we validate membership without a ticket?
Yes. Clubs can use membership-only validation when no ticket check is required.
What can I do in the app?
You can buy event tickets, manage memberships and receive club updates.
Do I need separate apps per club?
No. MotoBuddy is designed as one app for clubs and riders, instead of using multiple separate apps.
How does check-in work?
At events or training, clubs can scan your code for quick validation.
